I 'm growing up

I think you did a really nice job on this one. The kitten is absolutely adorable, and the entire shot goes well with the title, especially the expression on the cat's face :]
I think the blurring does well to guide the eye on the cat's face, but I don't really like the blurring on the fingers, especialy the thumb nail. The colours are nicely balanced; the red nails and watch strap, the blue eyes and blue background. One finaly comment is the centering; I would have put the focal point, in this case the cat's face, more towards the centre.
